Yes. We design pools for a wide range of spaces, including small or irregularly shaped backyards, maximizing functionality and aesthetics.

Do you offer 3D pool designs?

Designing and building the outdoor living area of your dreams may require some new landscape. While we don’t offer landscape services ourself, we have partnered with the best local landscapers that can bring your vision to reality. The best part is, you design it and we manage it. You only deal with us and we take care of the rest!
Timeline & Process
How long does it take to build a pool?
Project timelines vary based on design complexity, permitting, and site conditions. On average, most custom pools take between 8–16 weeks once construction begins.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We handle everything for you. Once you have approved your design sit back, relax and leave the rest to us.
What does the process look like from start to finish?

Pricing & Financing
How much does it cost to build a pool?
Pool costs vary depending on size, design, and features. Custom pools typically start around around $50k and increase based on customization. We offer several financing options that make the your dream pool more affordable.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We work with trusted financing partners to offer flexible payment options. You can view all of our finance options by clicking HERE
How much can I borrow and what are the terms?
We offer 2 finance options to meet your specific needs. Our lenders go up to $325k and up to 30 years. Rates are as low as 7.49%, but of course vary based on credit.
What does my credit score need to be to finance?
Our lenders do not lend strictly based on a number. They take several factors into consideration aside from your credit score. We recommend that you have a 660 or higher from what we have seen in the past. You can check your pre-approval amount by clicking HERE with no hit to your credit.
Construction & Materials
What materials do you use for pool construction?
We use high-quality, durable materials including gunite pool shells, premium tile, natural stone, and quality modern pool equipment. We design our pools to be both aesthetically pleasing and long lasting.
Are your pools energy efficient?
What type of warranty do you offer?
We are so confident in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials that we stand behind our work with industry-leading warranties. We offer a lifetime warranty on the structural shell of your pool against workmanship and defects, one year on all other workmanship including plumbing, electrical, and structural components, and manufacturer warranties of up to three years on pool equipment. Interior finishes are covered for up to 20 years, depending on the product selected.

Maintenance & Support
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Our specialty is building the pool and outdoor living space of your dreams. While we don’t offer ongoing maintenance, we are happy to recommend trusted partners that can provide quality ongoing care.
Is your work licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind. No matter what company you design your dream pool with (thought we think it should be us) always check and verify there license with the state.
What is your warranty?
We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on the structure of the pool. We offer the manufacturer warranty on all equipment which is typically 3 years and we give 5 years on workmanship defects. When we say we offer the Best Orlando Pools, we mean it
